Shipments

Eugene Toy & Hobby ships to all 50 States via FedEx and USPS and via USPS to all APO/FPO addresses.  International shipping is not available at this time. All orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $3.99. All orders $100 ore more ship for free. 

PayPal

For your convenience and security, PayPal is our payment processor. It allows you to pay using either your PayPal account or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). All orders above $500 will require a signature. We are not able to accept international PayPal payments at this time.

Due to the nature of how PayPal works, we cannot accept PayPal as a payment method for backordered items. If your cart contains both backordered and in-stock items, you may purchase the in-stock portion of your order with PayPal. You will need to create a second order with your backordered items and pay with a credit card.

PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods such as Gift Card or Credit Card on the same order.

All shipping, fraud prevention and backorder policies, including all other policies put in place by Eugene Toy & Hobby, Inc., still apply to all orders submitted with PayPal unless otherwise noted.

Per PayPal policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We cannot refund any PayPal transaction after that time.

Shipping Schedule

Every order for in stock merchandise that we receive by 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday - Friday will ship out on the next possible shipping day.  Items ordered after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, will not ship out until the following Monday.  Some shipping options are unavailable on National holidays or USPS/UPS holidays.

Orders are normally shipped from our Oregon store. Depending on product availability, your order may be drop-shipped from one of our distributors.  Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of Eugene Toy & Hobby, Inc.

Free Local Pick-Up

We offer free in-store pick-up if you live in the area or plan on passing through. For free in-store pick-up, please select this option at checkout. Please Note: The option for free in-store pick-up is only available based on select zip codes. If you live outside our selected zip code area where in-store pick-up is an option and are passing through, you may use our store address of 32 E. 11th Ave. Eugene, OR 97401 as the "Shipping Address" and the free in-store pick-up option will appear. Once an order has been marked as "shipped/completed", it cannot be able to be canceled.

Flat Rate Shiping

All orders with the exception of In-Store Pick-Up and Rush Shipping will ship via either USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Select, FedEx SmartPost or USPS Priority Mail. Items will be shipped out during our next USPS schedule pick-up.

Rush Shipping

Upon checkout, you have the option to select Rush Shipping. When this option is selected and purchased, your item will be packed and shipped same day via USPS Priority Mail, with the exception of Sundays. USPS Priority Mail equates to having your package delivered in 2-3 Days based on geographical location. If you need to have your product delivered next day, please call us at (541) 344-2117.

Shipment Arrivals

Please be aware that most carriers are closed for national holidays and are not held responsible for delays due to weather conditions or natural disasters. Your order acknowledgement includes a tracking number for USPS and FedEx shipments. Updated accurate tracking is not available until one business day before the expected arrival.
Eugene Toy & Hobby and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package if you are not home at time of delivery.  You may also visit the following websites to track your packages or feel free to contact us at 1-541-344-2117.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received and signed for. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please note that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks and may arrive at different times of the day.

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.

Cancelled Orders

We may cancel your order at anytime if we happen to believe the order was fraudulent. This happens for a number of reasons and we will contact you prior to cancelling your order if our fraud detection team identifies a suspicious purchase.

Hazardous Materials

We are not currently able to ship Hazmat products such as fuel in quantities of a gallon or more.

ORMD - Other Restricted Material

ORMD items can only be shipped via ground delivery or through USPS. Products of this nature include sealed batteries, quarts of fuel, paints, and aerosols. We cannot ship ORMD items to APO/FPO or international addresses at this time.
