Currently we do not ship outside the U.S. We may consider this option in the future so please check-back to see what our current policy might be.
Can you assemble toys before shipping?
At this time we do not offer this service but it never hurts to ask.
Returns if I break something?
This is no question a case by case issue. Most of the hobby companies prefer you to deal with them directly so normally that is your first step. We love our customers and want to do everything we can to help make you happy but the reality of anything you buy no matter what it is, is that it can break be it from abuse or just normal wear. We stock many parts and have an in-house repair team(comes with loving the products we sell because we actually use them) so please connect with us if you have an issues and we can help direct you to the best results.

Shipping Policy: Eugene Toy & Hobby ships to all 50 States and all APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Flat-Rate Shipping is $7.99 on all orders.
Note: The United States Postal Service no longer allows for the shipment of LiPo batteries to overseas military addresses.
International Shipping - At this time we do not ship internationally
For your convenience we currently offer PayPal as our only payment option. As required by PayPal, we can only ship orders to PayPal verified addresses. All orders above $250 will require a signature. We cannot accept international PayPal payments at this time.
Due to the nature of how PayPal works, we cannot accept PayPal as a payment method for backordered items. If your cart contains both backordered and in-stock items, you may purchase the in-stock portion of your order with PayPal. You will need to create a second order with your backordered items and pay with a credit card or gift card.
Paypal cannot be used with other payment methods such as Gift Card or Credit Card on the same order.
All shipping, fraud prevention and backorder policies, including all other policies put in place by Eugene Toy & Hobby, Inc., still apply to all orders submitted with PayPal unless otherwise noted.
Per PayPal policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We cannot refund any PayPal transaction after that time.
Every in stock order we receive by 4:00 p.m. (PST) Monday - Friday ships out the next day. Orders are normally shipped from our Oregon store. Depending on product availability, your order may be drop-shipped from our distributor in California. Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of Eugene Toy & Hobby, Inc. Items ordered after 4:00 on Friday, will not ship out until the following Monday.
Overnight Shipping (Saturday/Sunday delivery is excluded)
Overnight shipping is only available for in stock orders we receive by 12:00 P.M. (PST) Monday - Friday. Items ordered after 12:00 P.M. (PST) on Friday will not ship out from our warehouse until the following Monday in most cases. There will be an extra fee for overnight shipping which we will address on a one-on-one basis.
Please be aware that most carriers are closed for national holidays and are not held responsible for delays due to weather conditions or natural disasters. Your order acknowledgement includes a tracking number for most if not all USPS, UPS and Federal Express shipments. Accurate tracking is not available until one business day before the expected arrival. If you have an account, you may track your order at our Order History page after you log in to the Account section of our site.
Eugene Toy & Hobby and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package.

Missing or Damaged Shipments
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please note that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks and may arrive at different times of the day.
Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are only available via ground shipping.
ORMD - Other Restricted Material
ORMD items can only be shipped via ground delivery or through USPS. Products of this nature include sealed batteries, quarts of fuel, paints, and aerosols. We cannot ship ORMD items to APO / FPO or international addresses at this time.
